Title: Rings of Polynomial Functions
Abstract: Let R be a commutative ring with identity 1. Each polynomial f in R[X] determines a function from R to R which sends the element r of R to the element f(r). The set of all such functions form the ring PR of polynomial functions on R. We investigate the structure of such rings, then find the cardinality of PR when R = Z/(m) is the ring of integers modulo m.
