Miscellaneous Programs

To download miscellaneous program to your computer, follow the following steps:

Create (if it does not exist) the following directory on your hard disk:

• C:\GUTHPROG-for the programs, help files, and data files.

Tides animation and display: 32 bit Windows:  This file is approximately 600 kb in size, and is a compressed archive. When you execute it is produces about 1.2 Mb of files, including the executable WINTIDE.exe, which you can run.

DUCK.  Display of waves and bar profiles for the Corps of Engineers research facility at Duck, NC. 

For those programs that come as compressed archives, you can delete the archive file after you extract its contents.
