All noon meal formations are mandatory for the B= rigade of Midshipmen.  Excusals to no= on meal formation requirements are considered on a case-by-case basis.  All midshipmen must attend noon me= al formation (at 1210) unless specifically excused by Commandant Notice 1710,<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>  or formally approved MIDS excusal = or movement order. 

 

Evening Mandatory Lectures and Briefs=

Monday        &= nbsp; 1930-2030 (Bancroft and Michelson Lectures, Ethics Lectures & Dinners, Naval, Ast= ronaut Convocation, CIP briefs, etc.)

Tuesday         = ECA meetings from 1830-2000, non-mandatory lectures/events, open houses (Superintendent/Commandant approval required for others)<= /p>

Wednesday   1930-2030 (primarily Forresta= ls, Superintendent's and Commandant's Calls and Brigade-wide lectures or events= )

Thursday       ECA meetings from 1830-2000, non-mandatory lectures/events, open houses (Superintendent or Commandant approval required for others)

Friday        &= nbsp;   Non-mandatory events (Superintendent/Commandant approval required for 4/C to attend events such as Masqueraders performance after 2000)

Saturday        Liberty=

Sunday        &= nbsp;  Liberty expires at= 2000 - no events after 2000 scheduled without Superintenden/ Commandant approval (= Exception - Beat Army Bell-Ringing )       

 

The period 1930 to 2030 is approved for evening lectures to allow varsity athletes time for evening meal. Varsity athletes = sit down to late meal tables at 1900.
