After Hours Treatment:  The staff at USNA is dedicated to maintaining your dental health. Occasionally an after hours emergency involving pain and or bleeding may require immediate care.

A dental technician or officer is available 24/7. The following contact information is provided:

1. If between 1600 and 1930 M-F go directly to the Brigade Dental Clinic. A duty tech is on board.

Emergency Treatment While on Leave: There exists a process for staff and Midshipmen to receive emergency dental treatment if they are on leave TAD and not rear a military facility. No pre-authorization is required but only the emergency treatment necessary to alleviate the Ad member's pain will be reimbursed. The member is responsible for maintaining all documentation (treatment care cost related) from the civilian provider. Patients in need of immediate treatment will be seen on a priority basis. Check Ins/Outs are encouraged between 0800-0900 Monday - Friday.
