Unless otherwise noted, electronic resources are only accessible from the USNA network.

If you are trying to use resources and you are not on the Yard, please click here for details about off-site access. This process is NOT controlled by the Nimitz Library, and you must be on the Yard to begin the process.

SciFinder Scholar

• SciFinder Scholar is now accessed via the Web
  • Before using the web version, you must first create your own SciFinder username and password. After submitting the form, CAS will send an e-mail message with instructions for completing the registration process. You must use your USNA e-mail account (@usna.edu).
  • Click HERE to register.
• Once you are registered, click HERE to access SciFinder Scholar on the Web.
  Note: Currently, SciFinder Scholar Works best with IE 7 or Firefox browsers.
• Access to the Client based version is no longer available.
