Map & Venue

Conference Venue

On Sunday, all conference activities will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis.

On Monday and Tuesday, NASEC activities will take place at the United States Naval Academy (USNA), or "the Yard." A map of the Yard may be found here: USNA Map.

Access to USNA

Please note that access to USNA is limited. Conference participants will not be allowed to drive onto the Yard. Pedestrian access is available at Gate 1 on King George St. from 0600 until 1800. All visitors to USNA must have a government-issued Real ID or unexpired passport at all times; school ID cards and digital IDs will not be a valid form of identification. Foreign nationals will need an unexpired passport to gain access. Delegates will receive a NASEC badge upon arrival. Once issued a badge, please make sure to have it prominently displayed on your person at all times.

COVID-19 and Masks

USNA is requiring ALL conference attendees to be vaccinated. Delegates must provide a proof of vaccination upon arrival at the hotel on Sunday.

Conference Hotel

For 2022, civilian students, visiting civilian/military faculty, and conference speakers will stay at a hotel in Annapolis (TBD). Please do not make your own hotel reservation; NASEC organizers are in charge of booking rooms and will coordinate room assignments and check-in on Sunday.

Service Academy, ROTC, and foreign military students will NOT stay at the conference hotel, and will instead stay with a Midshipman host in Bancroft Hall at USNA.

Early arrivals on Saturday should connect with NASEC organizers to coordinate their lodging.
