Open Educational Resources, commonly referred to as OERs, are course materials that are available freely online for faculty to adopt or adapt for use in their courses. This presentation will provide an overview of OERs, explain how they can benefit students and faculty, discuss some of the challenges OER adoption, and arm attendees with search tools and techniques to find OERs for their courses. Faculty can sign up for OER consultations with the presenters following the presentation.
