SELF-TALK

--What is self-talk? --
--The internal dialogue that you have with yourself. --It can be done out-loud or inside your head. –Happens outside, before/during/after practice and competition. –
**Self-talk becomes an issue when it is perceived as negative, it is distracting, and disrupts your performance. **

--Why should I care about my self-talk? --
