HW 7 : Obtain permission from Meta

The next lab will use Meta's open-source Llama models. Meta requires you to accept terms of proper use, and you need to create an account on Huggingface to authenticate yourself. Follow the below steps:

1. Visit the page for Llama-3.2 (1B) on hugging face
2. Create a free account and login. I suggest a non-USNA email address if you want access after graduation.
3. Return to the Llama webpage (if not already there).
4. You should see a Community License Agreement at the top. Click the "Expand to review" button:
5. If you agree with the terms, fill out the form as a Student and click submit:
6. You should see a success message like this:
7. Pause. Check email later.
8. Visit huggingface.co/settings/gated-repos and take a screenshot that shows your request was accepted with your username in the screenshot, like so:
   
9. Attach your screenshot to this google form.
