This is the evaluation data used to evaluate our global temporal constraint model. It is a list of event pairs from the Timebank Corpus, separated by document. The pairs include the Bethard Corpus and the transitive closure of all relations. The data only includes before and after relations. In the paper, this dataset corresponds to the third line in Figure 6.

Each line contains three tokens: "<event1> <event2> [before|after]". The two events are event IDs from Timebank. The relation before/after is obviously, before or after. The file contains commented lines: "% wsj_0752_orig.txt". These are the documents in Timebank, and the following event pairs are taken from that file.
