PRISM (Panchromatic Remote-sensing Instrument for Stereo Mapping) flown on ALOS (Advanced Land Observing, with 2.5 m resolution, and stereo triplets looking at nadir and 23.8° fore and aft.
The download appears to use an ftp interface, and hypothetically your helpful IT department might block it. If you have problems, try downloading at home (or fight the good fight with IT, knowing it might be like Don Quixote and the windmills).
