Works on two grids, which must be byte values, or two fields in a database with integer fields. The range of values must be 0 to 255.
Select the two grids, and whether you want to see counts or percentages.
While this is a complicated graphic, it can show where changes are happening.
|The first grid will be along the top, and second in the columns.
This shows NLCD-1992 across the top, and NLCD-2001 vertically.
Category 11 (open water in both years) was 39.5% of the area in 1992, and 38.39% in 2001).Open water was in both years for 37.90% of the region.
Areas that were water in 1992, but something else in 2001, were mostly codes 90 (woody wetlands) and 95 (emergent herbaceous wetlands), both at about 1/2% each.
