Point Spacing

On DEM Properties on Analyze menu.  There must be a DEM open for this to work.

Creates two popups:

	Data spacing in the x and y directions at the four corners, the DEM center, and the average, for this particular DEM.
	Spacing at various latitudes, and % difference in the x spacing between the top and bottom of a one degree cell.  This shows the effect of assuming a constant x spacing over a one degree cell.
