Population Density

Two different depictions of the population:
- Population per tract, which does not account for the
different sizes of the tracts. Some of the largest
population tracts also have the largest areas, so the people are
really spread out in a rural tract. The Census Bureau
exaggerates this effect, since they try to make tracts have
nearly the same population.
- Population density (people per square kilometer or square
mile), which emphasizes the urban areas.
Compute ratio like population density:

Field arithmetic, Quotient 2 Fields (ratio)
from a shapefile, and then pick the name for the new field.
