Calculates moonrise and moonset (plus sunrise/sunset) from Montenbruck, O., and Pfleger, T., 1991, Astronomy on the personal computer: Springer-Verlag, 255 p.

Select the starting date for the calculations, and the number of days to include.

Moon phases follow in a separate table, from an algorithm in Press and others (1986).

These times give a best guess estimate for the difference to UTC.
