Extension's to QEPCAD

The major extensions to QEPCAD are:

• sfext - These are all the solution formula construction and CAD simplification extentsions.
• adj2d - Extensions for computing adjacency information in 2D CADs, including the ability to perform some topologically defined assignments of truth values - e.g. computing closures of sets.
• rend - Extensions for producing plots of 2D CADs.
