    • 2014: Halmos-Ford Award from the Mathematical Association of America for my paper From Pascal's Theorem to d-Constructible Curves.
    • 2009: Lester R. Ford Award and the Merten M. Hasse Prize from the Mathematical Association of America (joint with Amy Ksir and Andy Bashelor) for our paper Enumerative Algebraic Geometry of Conics.
    • 2001: USNA Apgar Award for Excellence in Teaching, Honorable Mention.
    • 1998: NSERC Post-doctoral Award (held at MSRI and U.C. Berkeley).
    • 1996: Daniel B. Delury Teaching Award (University of Toronto).
