Emergency Information

Police

  • Emergency Reports should be made by calling  911. Give name, location, and nature of the emergency.
    • If you call from a USNA landline phone, you are automatically routed to USNA's emergency number ( 202-433-3333). 
    • If you are on a cell phone, you'll get normal 911 service and will need to ensure you report your location.
  • Non-Emergency Reports (including thefts, fender-bender traffic accidents, illegally parked vehicles, etc.) should be made by
    calling  410-293-5760. Give location and nature of the problem. A police officer will be dispatched when available.
  • General Information can be obtained by calling the on-duty Watch Commander at
     410-293-5770.

Anti-Terrorism Force Protection

To report suspicious activity, you can submit a tip through the NCIS Tip form.

  • Call 911 if this is an emergency or a crime in progress.
  • Do not send or upload any information you believe may be classified, as this is an unclassified system.

Civilians:

Civilians can report suspicious activity to the FBI on their tips page: https://tips.fbi.gov/. If someone is in imminent danger, the FBI recommends that you call  911 or your local police immediately. A guide on when to contact the FBI is available through their website as well.

Fire

  • Emergency Reports should be made by calling  911. Give name, location, and nature of the emergency.
    • If you call from a USNA landline phone, you are automatically routed to USNA's emergency number
      ( 202-433-3333).
    • If you are on a cell phone, if you call 911 you'll get normal 911 service and will need to ensure you report your location. You can call  202-433-3333 from a cell phone to reach the USNA emergency line directly.
  • Non-Emergency Reports should be made by calling the NSA Annapolis Dispatch Center 
    at 202-433-4201. Give location and nature of the problem.

NSA Annapolis Fire Department

The NSA Annapolis Fire Department are the First Responders for Fire and Emergency Medical Services for employees, visitors and residents on Naval Support Activity (NSA) Annapolis. This includes the United States Naval Academy as well as the North Severn Complex.
