The Endurance Team is co-ed team that creates workouts and organizes running, swimming, and lifting groups based on members skills and strength. They also assign team experts, "Workout Gurus", to help design and pick the workouts based on their expertise. These work outs include long and short intervals, calisthenics, endurance runs or bikes, and weight training. The communal nature of their mission and the motivational culture is ultimately what drives members to train, not the training regiment itself. The team motto is, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."
