One week until the USNA Class of 2026 is welcomed on the yard!
Gate and Shuttle Information for Thursday, June 30:
Due to congestion and increased security measures at the entrances to the academy, it is recommended those reporting to the Naval Academy for admission and those traveling with them use the free shuttle from Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium to Alumni Hall. There is a $10 charge to park at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
Guests will be allowed to drive onto the Naval Academy yard with their candidate’s Permit to Report letter in order to drop off their midshipmen candidate, but will be turned around to exit the yard immediately after drop off.
Guests with a military I.D. or handicap permit may access the base as normal via Gate 1.
Shuttle Hours:
Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium (5:30 a.m to 8 p.m.) to Alumni Hall (5:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and Gate 1 (5 p.m. to 8 p.m.)
No vehicles aside from military I.D. and/or handicap permit holders are permitted to park on the yard.
The Permit to Report letter is only valid for June 30th, 2022.
For our candidates arriving at BWI, we have a complimentary shuttle service available on June 28 (for NAPS/Navy active duty candidates) and on June 30 from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. No one may ride this shuttle aside from the midshipman candidate.
For candidates that arrive at BWI outside of the normal shuttle hours, please call (410) 293-1000.
