Adm. Stuart Munsch Forrestal Lecture

As part of the annual Naval Academy Leadership Conference, the Forrestal Lecture, delivered by Adm. Stuart Munsch, highlighted this year’s theme, "Leading from Within: Embracing Authenticity in Leadership."

The lecture served as the keynote kickoff to the conference on Monday night, which welcomed over 300 delegates from 61 schools, including international participants from 13 countries.

The conference is hosted by the LEAD Division and the Center for Ethical Leadership Development (ELD), providing attendees the opportunity to engage with thought-provoking discussions, gain insights from prominent leaders, and connect with peers from around the globe.
