STEM Outreach at Meade Middle 2022

On March 18, 2022, the USNA STEM Center presented a STEM outreach event for about thirty middle school girls at Meade Middle School in connection with Women's History Month. STEM Center faculty and staff, Joe McGettigan, Sarah Durkin, Pat Meinhold, and Ray Guethler, along with MIDN Max Kimmel, led the students in activities including a biofuels experiment, a zipline engineering challenge, and programming line-following Ozobot robotics.
