Welcome!  I am an Permanant Military Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the U.S. Naval Academy, providing collegiant instruction as an assistance professor after over 20 years in the Fleet.

My research areas include the application of electrical engineering to communication, geolocation, and cyber activites with a focus on delieving scalable, low cost solutions enabling naval combat forces. I am always interested in collaborating with midshipmen on research projects, so please contact me if you are interested in pursuing research in any of these areas!
