My Info

The My Info page allows you to update your personal file at USNA. This is extremely important. Anytime your personal information changes you need to utilize this page. You can access the My Info section from the menu icon in the upper right corner of the page.

Since this capability is now available, CGO will no longer distribute personal information verification forms by mail. BGOs that wish to stand down from BGO service should notify their ACs.

BGO Information Field Descriptions

• Name
  BGO's last name in the format of First Middle Initial Last (ex: Bill T Goat)
• Preferred First Name
  Any name other than your first name you would prefer be used informally.
• Sex
  BGO's Sex
• Birth Date
• Occupation
• Academy Graduation Year
  The year you graduated the academy, in the format of YYYY (ex: 1995)
• Address
  one street address line can be used. This address will be used for all correspondence and supply requests.
• City
  For the street address entered.
• State
  For the street address entered.
• Zip
  For the street address entered. 
• Preferred Phone
  Home or Cell(Mobile)
• Home Phone
  Home phone number
• Office Phone
  Work or office phone number if different from your home phone number.
• Mobile Phone 
  Cell / mobile phone
• Email
  E-mail address for electronic communication.
