Event Parking and Transportation

• Due to limited parking availability on the Yard, guests should plan to park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium for Castone Day.  Enter the Blue side parking lot through Gate 5 from Taylor Ave. Park adjacent to the bus stop by the Blue Angel. 
• A complimentary shuttle will run from this bus stop continuously from 0700-1600.  Guests should be prepared to have their bags and IDs checked by Security as they board the shuttle.
• Shuttle Schedule:
  0700-0900: 2 buses shuttle from Stadium, Gate 5 to Alumni Hall
  0900-1200: 1 bus shuttle from Stadium, Gate 5 to Visitor Center, then Visitor Center to Alumni Hall
  1200-1330: 1 bus shuttle from Stadium, Gate 5 to Alumni Hall
  1330-1445: 1 bus shuttle from Stadium, Gate 5 to Visitor Center, then Visitor Center to Alumni Hall --- or if taking departing guests, just go straight to the stadium to drop them off
  1445-1545: 2 buses shuttle from Alumni Hall to Stadium, Gate 5 

Security

• Foreign national guests must fill out a DD5512 form. Please coordinate with your POC to fill out these forms. 
• For all individuals, ID checks, bag checks, and metal detector wanding will be required before boarding the shuttle busses mentioned above. 
• Base access cards (CAC, DBIDS, Retired Military ID) are required for all personnel entering any gate not on the shuttle busses. If you do not have a base access card, you will only be able to enter USNA using the shuttle busses.
• All IDs must meet REAL ID requirements. 
• There will be no "day-of" registration. You must coordinate with your POC to register for Capstone Day by 22 April 2026. Foreign national guests must register by 01 April 2026.
