CAPT Franky serves as the Deputy Director for Ethics at the Stockdale Center and is the Senior Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Representative at USNA. We talk about the definition, and the role of a "Warfighter" as a decision maker. What does it mean to "Train for Certainty and Educate for Uncertainty"? Why is “Shared Accountability” so important among leaders and followers? Most recently CAPT Franky served as the Commander of the Joint Special Operations Task Force – Arabian Peninsula // Commanding Officer of Naval Special Warfare Unit THREE. He was born in Lafayette, Louisiana and raised in Colombia, South America. He was commissioned through the Seaman to Admiral program and later attended the Naval Postgraduate School, earning a BS in Computer Science and conducting Master studies in Defense Analysis.
