Handicapped visitors may bring vehicles onto USNA with handicapped plates or placards; vehicles are subject to search before access is granted.

During peak periods, please anticipate lines for the shuttle service and probable delays due to heavy traffic congestion in and around downtown Annapolis.

Shuttles will begin at 6 a.m. and continue until all authorized personnel have been transported to Alumni Hall.  Upon conclusion of the ceremony, buses will run between the Alumni Hall and the stadium parking lot.
