Executive Summary:
- Wednesday Mostly sunny and seasonable. Clouds overnight with isolated showers/sprinkles possible late (20% chance). Northeast wind 5-10 mph. High: 76-80 oF.
- Thursday: Breezy with clouds early but clearing around midday. North wind 10-15 mph, gusting to 25 mph. High: 68-72 oF.
- Friday: Mostly sunny and pleasant. Northeast wind 8-13 mph. Low: 50-54 oF. High: 70-74 oF.
Forecast Discussion:
High pressure will remain to our north today, before transitioning offshore on Wednesday. An energy-starved front will pass on Thursday with perhaps some low-level clouds during the Color Parade. High pressure will again build overhead on Friday with dry and pleasant conditions for USNA Graduation.
For the Blue Angels performance on Wednesday, the skies will likely be clear during the performance window. The weather for the Color Parade on Thursday looks good. Mostly sunny skies with a temperature around 62F at the start. It could be a bit breezy with northeast winds 10-15 mph and gusting as high as 25 mph.
The forecast for Graduation look favorable! At sunrise the temperature will be around 52F and gradually rise to 60F by 0900, 65F by 1100, and 67 by the time hats fly around 1230-1300. The afternoon high temperature on Friday will be 73F. The humidity will be really low and comfortable with dew point temperatures likely in the upper 40s all day. There could be some passing clouds throughout the morning, but otherwise mostly sunny. The wind will be out of the northeast 8-13 mph.
