Advanced Research Computing Support (ARCS)

The Advanced Research Computing Support (ARCS) office is a part of The Office of Academic Research at the United States Naval Academy. 

ARCS provides hardware and software for use by faculty and midshipmen for research, capstone projects, and coursework. We also provide hands-on training and instruction in the use of high-performance computing (HPC) resources. 

ARCS maintains an HPC cluster with ~1600 CPU cores, ~500 TB of disk space, and 12 Nvidia Tesla V100 GPUs, as well as 6 smaller servers.
