The DoD HPC Modernization Program (HPCMP) is a technology-led, innovation-focused program committed to providing high performance computing (HPC) for the most significant computational challenges of the Department of Defense (DoD), so as to amplify the creativity, productivity and impact of DoD Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation (RDT&E).  The HPCMP maintains five DoD Supercomputing Resource Centers (DSRCs) through which faculty members and students at the US Naval Academy (USNA) can  gain access to computing facilities beyond those provided directly at USNA.
