Teaching Awards

Nomination packages should consist of separate PDF files as follows and shared with Professor Carolyn Judge through a Google drive folder: 

  1. Up to 6 semesters of candidate's SOFs (clearly labeled).
  2. Information requested in the Statement of Qualifications
  3. Optional: any supplementary materials.
