CHAPLAIN COUNSELING APPOINTMENTS

Use this page to schedule ROUTINE counseling sessions:

• Chaplains are available Monday - Friday between Morning Meal and 1700.
• Schedule an appointment for your Plebe within 24 hours of receiving a request for counseling, and immediately inform them of their date/time.

In case of an EMERGENCY call the following people in this order (24-hours a day):

1. Plebe Summer Duty Chaplain:

3. Regimental Chaplain (Chaplain Velarde):   
4. Chaplain Center Parent Hotline (Monday-Friday: 0800-1600; voicemail only):  410-293-1094

HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (All Scheduling is done in Google Calendar)

1. Select the appropriate chaplain.
   • Select the preferred faith group (if your plebe requests one).
   • If they do not have a preferred faith group, select the chaplain assigned to your Battalion or if unavailable, a chaplain in the Chaplain Center.
2. Select the earliest available appointment that works with your Plebe’s schedule. Contact RP2 Justin Theiler at theiler@usna.edu.
3. Update your information in the Description Box:
   • Plebe’s Name:
   • Company:
   • Detailer’s Name:
   • Detailer’s Cell:
4. Escort your Plebe to/from their appointment.
