UPDATED USNA ACCESS GUIDANCE

Access to USNA remains authorized for individuals possessing one of the following:

   -   CAC

   -   DoD ID

   -   DBIDS

   -  APPROVED SECNAV 5512/1 form

Escorted Access:
Individuals without the credentials listed above must be escorted at all times. 

The authorized sponsor (escort) is responsible for their guest's conduct and must maintain visual contact.

Escorted access must comply with NSA Annapolis escort policies:

1.       Eligibility:Escorts may bring only U.S. citizens onto the installation for personal, recreational, or command events. Acceptable ID includes:

           - REAL ID

           - U.S. Passport / Passport Card

           - Enhanced Driver’s License (MI, MN, NY, WA)
              (Foreign nationals must be processed through the Visitor Control Center prior to access.)

2.    ID Requirement: All individuals age 18 and older must carry valid federal or state-issued photo ID and remain with their escort.
3.    Vehicle Limits: Escorts are limited to individuals within their immediate vehicle who are properly seated and secured.
4.    Pedestrian Limits: Pedestrian escorts may not exceed 10 individuals.
5.    Vehicle Restriction: Escort privileges do not extend to additional vehicles.
