Command Evaluation Program

The Command Evaluation Program at the Naval Academy has been formulated to provide the Superintendent with an independent, in-house assessment of compliance with existing directives, proper expenditure and control of appropriated and nonappropriated funds, and internal controls.

Manager’s Internal Control Program

The Manager’s Internal Control Program assigns management responsibility for the development, maintenance, review, and improvement of management (internal) controls. Each organization and activity will maintain systems of controls consistent. Managers at all levels will develop, maintain, and continually assure the adequacy of their administrative and accounting controls through integration of those controls into the daily administration of all programs and activities.
