Employment Rates
USNA graduates enjoy 100% post graduation employment.
Graduates earn a bachelor of science degree and are commissioned as ensigns in the Navy or second lieutenants in the Marine Corps. Newly commissioned officers must serve on active duty for a minimum 5 year commitment.
