LCDR Brian Rodgers is a Permanent Military Instructor in the Leadership, Ethics, and Law Department. He holds an MS in Operations Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and a BA in Philosophy from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA).
After graduating from MCLA LCDR Rodgers worked in the construction industry until commencing Officer Candidate School in Newport, RI. He served as a division officer aboard the USS NORTH CAROLINA (SSN 777) in Pearl Harbor, HI, and as Weapons Officer aboard the USS ALBANY (SSN 753) in Norfolk, VA.
