To engage, support, and leverage the immense talents of faculty, staff, and future Navy and Marine Corps officers from across the nation through a rigorously engaging Naval Academy campus and community free from discrimination or harassment of any kind.  

In prioritizing warfighter development, cohesive teamwork and unified purpose, the Organizational Excellence Office directly supports the Naval Academy's Strategic Imperative One: To recruit, admit, and graduate a talented brigade of Midshipmen fully prepared in mind, body and character to lead effectively as Naval and Marine Corps officers.
