The annual Herndon Monument Climb for the Class of 2028 will be held Wednesday, May 14, starting at 8:00 am. Live stream coverage on our YouTube channel will begin at 0730.

Members of the fourth class (freshmen or “plebes”) climb the 21-foot obelisk to retrieve a white plebe “dixie cup” (hat worn during plebe summer) on the top and replace it with an upperclassman’s cover (hat).
