The Marine Company Mentor program provides midshipmen with the opportunity to learn more about the Marine Corps through interaction with Marine Officers on the Yard.

Each Company is assigned a different Marine Officer who dedicates himself or herself to mentoring and educating the midshipmen on the customs, courtesies, and career opportunities in the Corps.
