Life Cycle Management (LCM) Program
The Finance Department is responsible for the Life Cycle Management (LCM) Program encompassing all Naval Academy information technology and other major equipment. The LCM Program provides for integrated planning, programming, budgeting, procurement, licensing, receipt, payment, accounting, maintenance, support, and inventory management of all information technology hardware and software in conjunction with other educational support equipment to meet documented organizational needs.
The Finance Department responds to requests for information from and liaises with external entities including tenant commands and oversight authorities. The Finance Department also provides general business support for the Division including travel, training, payroll, office supply, and similar services.
