Judith E. Rosenstein is a Professor in the Department of Leadership, Ethics, and Law and Senior Prevention Consultant for the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO) at the United States Naval Academy (USNA). As the Senior Prevention Consultant for SAPRO, she participates in the development and evaluation of the sexual violence prevention curriculum and the education of USNA’s sexual violence prevention peer educators and student peer support team.
