Q1. What effect does personality type have on leadership abilities? (NL110)

A1. Though the research is mixed and trait-based leadership theory has fallen out of favor, it’s important to understand your own natural preferences and how those may affect others. The ability to understand personality types and their interactions is one way to do this, but not the only way.  It’s also important to remember that personality traits aren’t static and can change over time or in response to certain circumstances.

Q2.  What are some factors we may consider during moral deliberation? (NE203)

A2. Factors to consider in moral deliberation include: Constraints and Consequences (applying to all people), Special Obligations and Character (applying only to the individual in deliberation). See the table below for further analysis.
