Graphics Poster Instructions
Poster Submissions
Posters may be submitted to the MSC Graphics Technology Lab for printing and/or mounting by bringing your electronic file to the Graphics Lab. We recommend bringing your poster in as a PowerPoint file. MSC does not recommend Google Slides, Canva or image creation software such as Gimp due to past issues with print quality. You may email it to yourself, use Google Drive or bring it in on a hard drive.
Plan to spend approximately 10-15 minutes with our visual information specialists to review your files for any printing issues. If you would like a design review or assistance, please allow additional time. Because of the cost of paper and ink, posters cannot be reprinted due to typographical errors. All submissions must be proofread by the submitter and signed off as such signing the proofread line on the request form, prior to production of the poster can begin. We will stop accepting new posters submissions 15 minutes prior to closing.

- Standard sizes for mounted posters are 40"x30", and 36"x24". Unmounted (conference) posters may be as large as 56" x 40".
