Welcome! I am an Associate Professor in the Electrical & Computer Engineering department at the U.S. Naval Academy. My research interests are focused on the control of coordinated motions for nonlinear systems, such as collective control of groups/swarms of autonomous agents, and biped locomotion. Check out my Research page for details, as well as my Google Scholar page.

  • 03/2021: I gave a talk on "Pursuit and Flocking in Robot Networks" for the March 12 University of Maryland ECE Department Booz Allen Hamilton Distinguished Colloquium.
  • 03/2020: I was promoted to Associate Professor with tenure! I'm excited for the opportunity to continue to serve at the U.S. Naval Academy
  • 02/2020: My work with Biswadip Dey on "Beacon-referenced pursuit for collective motion in three dimensions" has been published in Proceedings of the Royal Society A. (See publications page for details on the journal article.)
