Due to current public health concerns associated with the spread of the COVID-19 virus, United States Naval Academy Office of Admissions is reducing or postponing our external outreach efforts, including staff travel to many communities nation-wide. At this time, our nationwide forums, large group events such as Candidate Visit Weekends for juniors and seniors, and previously scheduled Centers of Influence (COI) Conferences have all been postponed. Additionally, we have temporarily suspended face-to-face briefings in our office. We hope to resume our normal outreach efforts as soon as the national situation improves.
In the meantime, the Office of Admissions remains fully operational. Our Admissions Brief is available
virtually, in lieu of face-to-face public briefings, and can be found on our Youtube channel. The brief is accompanied by a live chat with Admissions staff for questions and answers from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. EDT and 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. EDT, Monday through Saturday. The live chat is accessible from the “Contact Us” chat widget available on Admissions website. (The live chat will not be available on Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.)
