If the quality has not been observed during the candidate's course of instruction, please enter 'Not Observed'.

Confidentiality
If you wish to stipulate confidentiality as a condition for providing information, then any information provided on this application (including your identity, as well as the substance of the information) will be held confidential and will not be shared with the candidate. If you do not request confidentiality, then you will not be deemed a confidential source and under the terms of the Privacy Act, the candidate would have access to this information.

Comments
Please comment on both the candidate's academic performance and his or her potential in your discipline. In addition, the Naval Academy requests that you offer your opinion as to this candidate's character and integrity as compared to his or her peers. Comments are limited to 3,000 characters and can be "pasted' into this section from another word processing program.
