To apply you will need:

• Application cover letter (PDF only)
• Resume/CV (PDF only)
• PII-sanitized versions of last 3 FITREPS (SINGLE PDF Only - Most recent FITREP on first page)
• PII-sanitized versions of ALL academic transcripts (SINGLE PDF Only - Most recent program on first page)
• PII-sanitized versions of PRIMS data - detailed summary of PRIMS data including your last PFA results. Go to PRIMS --> Export Reports (blue button in upper right corner) → PFA/CFA Summary Report
