​Leads the strategic direction and delivery of user-centered library services. Oversees research support, information literacy programs, access services, outreach and the library’s physical spaces to ensure a seamless and successful experience for the Academy community.

Leads the strategic direction and execution of financial, technical, collection development, acquisitions, and data resources for the library. Oversees the Library's budget and collections, systems, web presence, data management, acquisitions, and procurement. Collaborates with the Academy community and external partners to maximize resources aligned with the U.S. Naval Academy mission.

Responsible for all Access Services functions including circulation, shelving, shelf maintenance, resource sharing and interlibrary loan, reserves, public printing, library security, and service desk operation.
