Office of the Registrar

Under the direction of Dr. Christopher A. Davis, Registrar, the office provides services related to the academic records of past and current midshipmen. Functions include verification of attendance, enrollment, and degrees; transcripts; grade collection and reporting; statistics; Academic Scheduling; and, maintenance of the permanent student jackets. Questions about these and other Registrar functions may be directed to the main telephone number in the event the answers are not found here.

Location & Hours of Operation

The Office of the Registrar for the United States Naval Academy is located on the second deck of Nimitz Library, Room 229.

  • Monday - Friday 0800 to 1630
