Influence the Influencer focuses on developing leadership developers - USNA’s faculty, staff, administrators, and coaches - who shape the Nation’s future leaders.

 

Our purpose is to strengthen the leadership competencies and confidence of USNA’s leadership developers as they lead, teach, coach, and mentor the Brigade of Midshipmen.

A year-long academic course and experiential learning program intended to invest in the leadership development of USNA leaders.
